- Shipping & Delivery
- Free domestic shipping on orders over $100. Domestic orders under $100, will have a flat shipping rate of $6.99.
- Orders placed through our website usually ship within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Transit time can be between 3 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday)
- Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago).
Order Tracking
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1 to 3 business days of the above processing time, please check your spam folder.
International Shipping
Internayional shipping times and rates may vary. Free international shipping on orders over $150
Change Address or Phone Number
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at - support@lowlife-atelier.store, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
Damaged or Missing Packages
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved. E-mail us at - support@lowlife-atelier.store, so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.
